Evitabilidade em acidentes de trânsito: Proposta de uma análise dinâmica sob a perspectiva do tempo.

Abstract

The analysis of avoidability in traffic accident investigations is widely used to characterize speed as a contributing factor to the event. Commonly, forensic experts in this area analyze avoidability by comparing the distance between the perception of danger and the collision area. This work sought to add an in-depth analysis to the topic, examining the dynamic nature of the occurrences and the best way to analyze dynamics other than by analyzing time, considering the movement of all vehicles involved.
