INDIRECT AND DIRECT CRIMINAL EXPERTISE ON TWO CANINES IN ORDER TO FIND OUT THE SITUATION OF MALESTREATMENT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GOIÂNIA IN JANUARY 2022: CASE REPORT


Abstract

The quality of considerations and the production of material evidence, dependent on qualified professionals, protocols and technical tools grounded in forensic veterinary medicine. The crimes of animal intoxication and mistreatment are common in the routine of forensic veterinary medicine. Being the clinical evaluation and analysis of the five main freedoms in animal welfare essential for the production of criminal expertise reports. The freedoms evaluated are: nutritional, sanitary, environmental, behavioral and psychological. Here we present the conduction of criminal expertise in two canines. The main findings contrary to animal welfare are presented. Concluding at the end of the play regarding the degree of well-being.
